Indications d'application: This antibody has been used in ELISA analysis to detect human IL-9 in allergen-stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cell supernatants (Jenmalm et al, 2001) and differentiated human T helper cell supernatants (Chang et al, 2010). This antibody, when fluorochrome-conjugated, has also been used to achieve intracellular IL-9 staining, analysed using flow cytometry (Chang et al, 2010, Beriou et al, 2010, Lozano et al, 2013).

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG2b format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
